How does it work?
You can build your website in four simple stages:

- Choose your design template and package
- Add content and photos to your website
- Share your wedding story with others
What do I do if I forget my username or password?
Go to the log in page and click on the link ‘reset your password'. You will be sent an email with a link to a form where you can create your new password. If you have forgotten your username the email you receive for resetting your password will contain your username.
How do I change my password?
Once logged in you will see a link on your My Account page called Change Password. Clicking on this link will take you to a change password form.
How can I contact you?
Please submit a query via the contact tab on the main navigation bar.
How can I make changes to my wedding website?
Once you create your website, you can log in to an admin area to customise your pages and pictures. For full details of how to make your changes, you can read this printable Guide.
Is there a limit on the number of changes I am allowed to make to my website?
No, you are allowed to make unlimited changes and can log in whenever from wherever you are.
How do I post pictures on my website?
There is an easy upload tool in the admin section once you have created your website. Please refer to this printable PDF guide for specific instructions.
Can I change my subdomain name?
Once you have chosen your subdomain name – www.our-wedding-story.co.uk/subdomain - it cannot be changed, so choose carefully! However, if you make a spelling mistake, please use the contact form and we will edit your spelling.
Can I change my wedding website theme after I have paid?
If you wish to change your template a small fee is payable, so please contact us, and we will send you an invoice.
How quickly will my site appear live on the internet?
Your website will appear instantly live on the web, following completion of your payment.
What if I want to increase my hosting length of time?
Please contact us using the form on the main navigation bar and we can arrange this for a small fee.
What happens if I don't want to build, edit and make changes to the site myself?
We offer a brilliant solution in that, unlike competitors, we are happy to design and build your own bespoke website for you. For details of this please see the Diamond package under Pricing. Alternatively contact us and we will be happy to help.
What should I do if I would like to subscribe to the Diamond package?
If you are interested in this package please complete this information request form. Please specify as much detail as possible as to what you are looking for, and we will reply with a template for you to complete before we begin working on your website.
How can I make payment?
Subscribers can pay via Paypal, or using a credit or debit card.
What if I make a payment by mistake?
You can contact us and we will organise a refund once we verify the mistake.
What happens if I have a problem making payment?
